Hello

My clients typically come to me wanting help with dealing with anxiety, depression, and learning how to deal with the stress of life. It can be overwhelming to go through every day with constant worry or anxiety about what comes next. It can feel like every day weighs so heavy that it's impossible to move forward. I'm here to help navigate those challenges. Whether it's dealing with school, a job, kids, or family challenges, I help my clients navigate these challenges in a way that is healthy. My Story

I have a passion for helping others. I have worked in the counseling field since 2020. I enjoy being able to meet a variety of different people and families. It is a privilege to be able to meet my clients where they are and be a small part of their story. I enjoy seeing the growth my clients experience through their therapeutic journey. I am passionate about using creative therapy techniques including play therapy and art in sessions. I also use evidence based treatments including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I enjoy working with women and children. As a mother myself, I know how stressful it can be to balance all the responsibilities of life. I will work with you to process through all the stressors and emotions you're experiencing while also teaching you skills to cope. In my free time, I use my own coping skills of reading, playing with my two dogs, and hanging out with my family.
